Strongcoin Scam Facts
The Strongcoin.biz scam site claims to be a group of professional cryptocurrency and forex traders that have been trading and investing since 2015. Despite this claim, we weren’t able to find any evidence that they have been trading for 3 years, or at all.
1. Strongcoin.biz scam has provided us with ZERO evidence of trading. We contacted their admin and asked for trading reports so we can examine them for accuracy, but the admin didn’t even answer our email.
We have seen a trend in HYIP scam sites that claim to trade yet show no trading reports for verification. Never trust these types of sites. They are created by scammers in less than a few hours and set up to take deposits without any long-term goals.
2. The address listed on the Strongcoin scam site is fake. A quick search into the address listed on the site came up with an address that is what is referred to as a “virtual address”. A virtual address is essentially a real address that is used by anyone who wants to register a business in the UK for legal reasons, but who can’t travel to the UK.
In the last year alone we have seen over 50 HYIP scams using virtual addresses in the UK. None of these HYIP sites are working anymore and all of them ended in a scam after collected thousands of dollars from investors. It is a waste of time to try and contact them at their virtual office because they have never been there and probably can’t even secure a visa to go the UK in the first place.
3. The admin of Strongcoin.biz scam are anonymous. No personal information is given about who manages the site or who the traders are. This is a HUGE red flag. A legitimate trading site will be happy to show you their face and trading past. The fact that Strongcoin.biz refuses to tell you their names means that they are afraid of revealing their face.
We are very sure that these scammers are NOT from the UK and are not native English speakers. The text on their site is clearly written by someone who is attempting to use Google translate or a very bad translator service. The sentences are poorly worded and contain an excessive use of words that phrases that are not used by English speakers. This doesn’t mean that Strongcoin is a scam, but it just gives further evidence that they are NOT located in the UK as they claim to be.
Strongcoin.biz Scam is a Ponzi Scheme?
After receiving several complaints from our readers concerning this HYIP we were able to determine a pattern of scam behavior.
Strongcoin scam is heavily advertising online in social forums as a PAYING HYIP. They are currently accepting new members, even though they haven’t been paying. But how do they keep collecting new members if they aren’t paying?
When you first join the program and make a withdrawal request they will pay you. Strongcoin scam pays all members on their first withdrawal so that they can earn your trust and encourage you to deposit a larger amount. After you deposit a larger amount, they will never pay you again. This has been the experience of almost every single person that sent us a message.
In reality, Strongcoin.biz is a Ponzi scheme that operates by taking the money of new investors to pay their older withdrawal requests. They keep MOST of the money for themselves and only pay out a tiny percentage of what they take in. After people stop joining they will close their site and open a new site with a different name.
